Our Story
NO SHORTCUTS.
JUST REAL FIRE.
Every great farrouj starts the same way: real chicken, a real marinade, and real fire — no shortcuts. That's the standard Abou Al Abed was built on, and it's the same standard every piece of chicken meets today, whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth.
We marinate for 24 hours, not 24 minutes. We grill over open charcoal flame, not a conveyor. We make our garlic sauce in-house, whipped fresh, because the bottled stuff was never good enough for our tables — and it's not good enough for yours either.
This isn't fast food dressed up as Lebanese. It's Lebanese food, done properly, made fast enough to fit your day.
